Insurance cover
We strongly recommend that you should have personal holiday cancellation and travel insurance. The main benefit is the cancellation element but there is cover for theft, loss, repatriation, and other normal holiday cover. Many credit cards have this option if you have paid using the card.,
Do You Need Any Experience?
No. Many of our clients are having their first adventure experience. Our Instructors are specialised in client care and will do their best to make your first adventure experience fun and exciting.
How fit do I need to be?
For most walks a normal level of general fitness is all that is needed. Some of the longer walks may need a higher levels of fitness and stamina.
How old do I have to be?
8 years of age is the minimum age for attending adventures, anyone from 10-17 years of age will need have written permission from their parent/guardian.
What Equipment will I need?
A kit/equipment list will be sent to you along with other information before your adventure. If you are unsure if the kit you have is ok just ask.
How Far In Advance Must I Make My booking?
We prefer that you book at least 14 days in advance. Please feel free to call if you decide to join any later. If there is space you can book up until 2 days before.
What If The Weather seems Bad?
In the hills and mountains there may be weather that is perfectly acceptable and inside our risk assessment as being challenging, but that you may not have experienced before. We keep up to date with the forecast weather and make our plans accordingly. It is up to you to ensure that you can be warm and dry on a very wet and windy day in the hills or mountains.
